Terms & Conditions – Sell Beel

Welcome to Sell Beel. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Sell Beel website, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

Sell Beel is an eCommerce platform that allows customers to browse, purchase, and interact with products and services offered directly by Sell Beel or third-party sellers.

Throughout these Terms, “Sell Beel,” “we,” “our,” or “us” refers to Sell Beel and its affiliates.

By using this Platform, you confirm that:

  • You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

Sell Beel reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at its sole discretion.

Sell Beel shall not be liable for unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure your account.

We strive to ensure all product descriptions, images, prices, and availability are accurate. However:

  • Prices and availability may change without notice.

Sell Beel reserves the right to:

  • Correct pricing errors.
  • Refuse or cancel any order due to inaccurate pricing or stock availability.
  • Limit quantities purchased per customer, household, or order.

If payment has already been processed for a cancelled order, a refund will be initiated according to our refund policy.

5. Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance.

An order is considered accepted only after:

  • Payment verification (where applicable), and
  • Dispatch confirmation by Sell Beel.

Sell Beel may reject or cancel orders for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Suspected fraudulent transactions,

6. Payments

We accept approved payment methods listed on the Platform.

By placing an order, you authorize Sell Beel to:

  • Charge the applicable payment method,
  • Verify payment details,
  • Conduct fraud prevention checks.

Sell Beel is not responsible for delays or failures caused by banks, payment gateways, or third-party financial institutions.

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may be restricted, refused, or limited based on customer order history or risk analysis.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines displayed on the Platform are estimates only.

Sell Beel is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Courier partners,
  • Weather conditions,
  • Government actions,
  • Customs clearance,
  • Strikes,
  • Force majeure events,
  • Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

Risk of loss and ownership transfer to the customer upon successful delivery.

Customers must inspect packages upon delivery and report issues within [24/48] hours.

8. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy.

Sell Beel reserves the right to:

  • Reject return requests that do not meet policy requirements,
  • Refuse used, damaged, altered, or incomplete returns,
  • Deduct shipping or handling fees where applicable.

Refund processing times may vary depending on payment providers and banks.

9. Promotions, Coupons & Discounts

Promotional offers are subject to specific terms and may be modified or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.

Sell Beel reserves the right to:

  • Cancel promotional orders suspected of abuse,
  • Refuse coupon redemption,
  • Limit promotions to selected users, regions, or products.

Coupons have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or transferred unless explicitly stated.

10. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for unlawful purposes,
  • Upload harmful code or malicious content,
  • Attempt unauthorized access,
  • Manipulate pricing, reviews, or transactions,
  • Impersonate another person,
  • Engage in abusive, threatening, or fraudulent behavior.

Sell Beel reserves the right to investigate and take legal action against violations.

11. User Reviews & Content

By submitting reviews, comments, photos, or other content, you grant Sell Beel a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, publish, and display such content for business and marketing purposes.

Sell Beel may remove any content deemed inappropriate, misleading, offensive, or unlawful without notice.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform including:

  • Logos,
  • Graphics,
  • Product images,
  • Text,
  • Software,
  • Website design,
  • Trademarks,

are owned or licensed by Sell Beel and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

13. Third-Party Links & Services

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services.

Sell Beel does not endorse or control third-party platforms and is not responsible for:

  • Their content,
  • Policies,
  • Transactions,
  • Services,
  • Damages or losses arising from their use.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform and all products/services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.

Sell Beel makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

  • Accuracy,
  • Reliability,
  • Availability,
  • Merchantability,
  • Fitness for a particular purpose,
  • Non-infringement.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sell Beel shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect,
  • Incidental,
  • Special,
  • Punitive,
  • Consequential damages,
  • Loss of profits,
  • Loss of data,
  • Business interruption.

Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the relevant order.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sell Beel, its affiliates, directors, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

  • Your misuse of the Platform,
  • Violation of these Terms,
  • Infringement of third-party rights.

17. Force Majeure

Sell Beel shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including:

  • Government restrictions,
  • Pandemics,
  • Labor disputes,
  • War,
  • Supply chain disruptions.

18. Termination

Sell Beel may suspend or terminate access to the Platform immediately without notice if:

  • You breach these Terms,
  • Fraudulent activity is suspected,
  • Required by law or regulatory authorities.

Termination does not affect accrued rights or liabilities.

19. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of Pakistan.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

20. Changes to Terms

Sell Beel reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.

Updated Terms become effective immediately upon publication on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
